Hey friends! Sorry for the gap in posts, I won’t sit here and make a lot of excuses, Life. That’s enough right? The great thing about this community is that you are all so supportive, which is not what I was expecting! I honestly thought that the blogging world would be a “dog-eat-dog” place. It is so pleasantly surprising to find out how wrong I was about that!
This morning I want to talk about music. More specifically, music that I feel is good for autumn. Once October hits, it’s basically the holiday season, which means for me at least, that time rushes by. All the stress (good and bad) of preparing for the season can really speed the days. So, today, I thought I’d share a music playlist that may help slow things down and give us a chance to enjoy the moment we’re in.
Let me know if you like any of these songs, and also please leave me some suggestions of other songs to listen to! 🙂

Happy Saturday, friends! Everyone loves a good quote, am I right? Words have so much power in them. Today I’m sharing my favorite quotes for fall that make me feel cozy and warm. 🙂
I’d love to know what some of your favorite fall quotes are! Leave me a comment and let me know! 🙂
Hey, friends! Welcome back! In the spirit of all things October and Halloween I’m going to share with you my favorite costume as a child.
Growing up, my parents didn’t have a ton of money, so my costumes were generally thrown together with what we had laying around. I’ve been a pumpkin, a scarecrow, a vampire, a princess.. etc.
My all time favorite thing to dress up as was none other than a witch! I’d say I dressed up as a witch at least 4 years in a row. Each year we changed it up a little bit from the year before. A few years I would try to be as scary of a witch as possible, and then the other years I went for a cuter look.
I wish I had some pictures to show y’all! 😦
What was your favorite costume as a kid? Do you still dress up now? If so, give me some ideas down below! 🙂
One of my favorite things about fall is the beautiful colors! Today, I’m sharing four nail colors that I’m loving this season. 🙂 I love having a fresh manicure, it’s one of the best ways to make me feel special. However, having two little ones to chase around, I have a tough time finding time to paint my nails. Anyone else know my struggle?!
Anchor Down – Essie
Fall for NYC – Essie
Stop, Drop, and Shop – Essie
Say it ain’t Soho – Essie

Out of these four colors, I’d definitely have to say that Anchor Down is my favorite! I love the blue with grey undertones. What are some of your favorite colors this fall?
I have no affiliation with the websites linked below. I found them all on Pinterest. 🙂

So, basically, I love anything with apples or caramel! 😉 To many people’s surprise, I am not a fan of pumpkin anything. Shocking, I know!
Comment down below and let me know what your favorite fall treats are! 🙂
Hey there, buddies! Today I’m sharing my Fall Bucket List with you. 🙂
- Go to a pumpkin patch
- Go on a hayride
- Make tons of apple related desserts
- Hand out candy to trick or treaters
- Tell spooky stories around a bonfire
- Sit on my front porch, a lot 🙂

This list may seem simple, but I enjoy the little things in life. My husband and I have very crazy schedules, so all in all as long as I get to spend some time in the nice weather with my family I’ll be satisfied. 🙂
